Designed for in-ground pools up to 20 by 50 feet, this easy-to-use pool-cleaning robot offers a hands-free way to clean at the touch of a button. Depending on size, it systematically covers the entire pool in around three hours, vacuum cleaning from floor to waterline and everywhere in between. Sturdy PVA roller brushes scrub all pool surfaces including vinyl, fiberglass, and tile.
The iRobot Verro 500 cleans over 70 gallons of water per minute, and its filtration system picks up leaves, hair, dirt, dust, algae, and particles as small as two microns, reducing the run time of the pool’s primary filtration system. The machine also circulates pool water, improving the distribution of chemicals and water temperatures. Best of all, there’s no need for hoses, booster pumps, suction lines, or installation. Simply plug the robot in, drop it in the pool, and let it go.
Best of all, this unit does not require the removal and dumping of pool water and chemicals into the environment.
Verro’s power supply has an automatic timer that shuts the unit off after each cleaning cycle. It is recommended that you wait 20 minutes before removing Verro from the pool to allow the pump motor to cool. Before removing, turn the power supply off and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
The Verro 500 uses the force of water pumped through its filter to clean and circulate pool water and to propel itself around your pool. Clean the filter bag regularly by removing it from Verro, emptying its contents and hosing it off. Keeping the filter bag clean will ensure optimal cleaning results.
The fine filter bag is ideal for filtering small debris such as algae, sand, silt and bacteria and for regular pool cleaning maintenance. Use the available mesh filter bag (sold separeately) when the pool contains a significant amount of large debris (leaves, insects, etc.) and when the pool is first opened for the season.
